Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 green bell peppers, 1 c. cold cooked/browned ground beef, 1 c. chopped tomatoes, 1 c. boiled rice and 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 400Β°. Wash peppers.
Cut a slice from stem end and remove all white pulp and seeds.
Mix all other ingredients and place this stuffing into the peppers.
Place peppers in baking dish.
Add 1 cup HOT water in bottom of dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until peppers are tender.
