Cut off tops of peppers (remove inner fillers).
Parboil peppers 2 to 3 minutes before stuffing.
Mix ham, corn, tomatoes and 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
Fill peppers.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350° to 375°.
