Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large green peppers, 5 c. boiling salted water, 1 lb. ground beef, 2 tbsp. chopped onion and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Cook peppers in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
Cook and stir ground beef and onion in medium skillet until onion is tender.
Drain off fat.
Stir in salt, rice and 1 cup tomato sauce; heat thoroughly.
Lightly stuff each pepper with 1/2 cup meat mixture.
Stand peppers upright in ungreased baking dish.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over peppers.
Cover and bake 45 minutes.
Uncover for last 15 minutes of baking.
