Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large peppers, 1 c. cooked rice, salt and pepper, 1 tsp. parsley and water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Remove stems from peppers.
Cut off bottoms and save.
Scoop out seeds.
Mix meat, rice, egg and seasonings.
Stuff peppers; replace bottoms and place peppers upright.
Add butter and a little water.
Cover and stew over medium heat until done.
Pour thick tomato sauce over peppers.
Bake at 350Β° for about 45 minutes.
