Stuffed Pepper Cups

Cut off tops of peppers; remove seeds and membrane.
Precook pepper cups in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes, then drain. Sprinkle inside of cups with salt.
Brown meat and onion in fat. Add tomatoes, rice, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper. Cover and simmer until rice is almost tender, about 5 minutes. Add cheese.
