Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 lb. medium mushrooms, 1 tube jimmy dean sausage, 8 to 10 oz. monterey jack cheese, grated, 1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, drained and 8 oz. seasoned bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Clean mushrooms. Chop half of the stems in butter.
Add wine, onion powder and garlic. Simmer until liquid evaporates.
In another frypan, cook sausage. Add to stem mixture. Simmer 2 minutes. Add in bread crumbs.
Mix well.
Transfer mixture to a large bowl. Add minced spinach and grated cheese.
Stir well. Stuff mushroom caps. Arrange on cookie sheets. Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
