Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with approximately 12 to 16 oz. mushrooms, 1 small onion, 8 oz. shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar), 1/4 c. bread crumbs and 3 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Wash mushrooms.
Trim ends.
Remove stems.
Finely dice stems and onions.
Saute in margarine to brown.
Add 1/4 cup bread crumbs and cheese.
Fill caps with mixture and bake 10 to 15 minutes.
