Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. large mushrooms, 1/2 lb. browned sausage, 1 crushed clove garlic and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Remove stem portion of mushroom; reserve crowns for stuffing. Chop stems and add to sausage about a minute and a half before it is finished.
Add crushed garlic at the same time.
Drain any excess fat off.
Mix with just enough cream cheese so it binds (will not need all the cream cheese probably).
Stuff mushroom caps and put under broiler for 5 to 8 minutes.
Good hot or cold.
