Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box mushrooms (fresh), 1/2 sausage, uncooked, 1 egg, 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk and 2 to 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Wash mushrooms. Pull stems out and put small amount of sausage inside.
Mushrooms.
Mix egg and milk. Dip mushrooms in egg mixture, then dip in flour. Do this again, so batter is thick.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Use Ranch dressing for dip.
