Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 large mushrooms, 1/2 c. chopped beef, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1/2 c. grated cheese and 1 tbsp. parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
Set aside caps and mince stems.
Heat oil and saute chopped beef and mushroom stems; add all other ingredients and blend well.
Cook for about 5 minutes. Spoon into caps and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350Β° for about 20 or 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
