Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 large mushrooms (white and firm), 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs, 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, 1/3 c. chopped black olives and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Wash and remove stems of mushrooms.
Scrape out some of the meat making a hollowed out shell.
Put all of the mushroom stems and meat in the Cuisinart, adding bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and black olives.
Add enough mayonnaise to make the mix stick together.
Stuff each mushroom with a mounded teaspoonful of the mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot or cold.
