Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, 3 slices bacon, chopped, 1/3 c. finely chopped green onion, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Wash mushrooms and remove stems and chop fine.
Place mushroom caps on paper towel.
Microwave on Medium-high for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Microwave bacon until crisp.
Drain.
Add mushroom stems, onion, salt, pepper and red pepper sauce. Microwave on High until mushrooms and onion are tender (2 to 3 1/2 minutes).
Blend in flour; stir in cream until smooth.
Microwave on Medium-high 2 to 3 minutes, stirring once or twice during cooking time.
Stir in cheese.
Fill each cap with bacon/mushroom mixture.
Place on microwave-safe plate and microwave on High for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
Rotate plate 1/2 turn.
