Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 54 large mushrooms, lightly sauteed, 1 lb. sausage, 1/4 c. diced onion, 2 tbsp. diced green pepper and 2 oz. fresh mushrooms, diced and sauteed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute sausage; drain and crumble.
Add onions and green pepper and cook until tender.
Remove from heat and add sauteed mushrooms.
Add bread crumbs and eggs and mix.
Place heaping teaspoon of sausage mixture in each mushroom cap.
Place on cookie sheet.
With pastry brush, spread on melted butter.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° until hot and cheese is melted (10 to 15 minutes).
Serve at once.
