Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. pork sausage, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 lb. or 12 large mushrooms, 3/4 c. water and 1 tbsp. parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown sausage and onions.
Remove stems from mushrooms; chop fine to meat mixture.
Cook until brown.
Add water, parsley, salt and pepper; bring to a boil.
Add rice, cover and remove stand for 5 minutes.
Mix mayonnaise and cheese,
1/2 cup mayonnaise mixture into rice mixture. Spoon mushrooms, place in shallow baking dish.
Top each mushroom with remaining mayonnaise mixture. Bake at 400Β° for about 15 minutes or until brown and puffy.
