Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. mushrooms, 1 clove garlic, 1 c. bread crumbs, 6 tbsp. olive oil and 3 tbsp. grated parmesan, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Wash and clean mushrooms.
Remove stems and mince.
Mix stems, cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, butter, garlic, and onion.
Fill mushrooms with mixture, pressing in firmly.
Grease (or spray with Pam) a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and place mushrooms facing upwards. Pour remaining oil over mushrooms.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
