In skillet, melt butter and saute all chopped ingredients for 5 minutes, then add rest and brown 5 minutes.
Fill caps and bake at 375Β° for 10 minutes; broil for 4 minutes.
Can do ahead and freeze. Bake first and broil 10 minutes.
