Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. medium mushrooms, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, 3 tbsp. margarine and 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Remove stems from mushrooms.
Finely chop enough of the stems to measure 1/3 cup.
Cook and stir mushroom stems, onion and green pepper in 3 tablespoons margarine until tender.
Remove from heat.
Stir in bread crumbs, salt, thyme, turmeric and pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon margarine until melted in baking dish.
Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
Bake 15 minutes. Set oven to broil.
Broil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
