Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. mushrooms, 8 oz. philadelphia cream cheese, 1 pkg. farmer john hot sausage and parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Remove stems from mushrooms.
Parboil mushrooms for 5 minutes. Drain and cool.
Fry sausage in small chunks until done.
Be careful not to get too crisp.
Drain and cool on paper towel. Crumble with fingers and mix well with cream cheese, which is at room temperature.
Stuff mushrooms with cheese and sausage mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Place in broiler until tops are sizzling.
Serve immediately.
