Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. margarine, 1 lb. large select mushrooms, 5 slices crisp-cooked bacon, 10 green olives and 1 tbsp. juice and parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
Saute mushroom caps in butter (both sides) and drain well.
Combine the bacon, olives and juice in food processor.
Stuff mixture into caps.
Place on baking sheet.
Sprinkle cheese on top of each.
Heat broiler to 500Β° and place in oven for 5 minutes.
