Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. mushrooms, 1 box ritz crackers, 1/2 lb. margarine, 5 slices hard salami, cut up and 4 slices swiss cheese, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Remove mushroom stems and saute chopped stems in margarine. Add onion, salami, cheese and oregano.
Add crushed crackers. Fill mushroom caps and bake at 325Β° for 20 to 25 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
