Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. large mushrooms, 1/2 lb. italian sausage or turkey sausage, 1/3 c. bread crumbs, 1 tbsp. chopped parsley and several drops oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Boil mushrooms until tender (about 1/2 hour).
Remove stems; snip into small pieces.
Combine stems with remaining ingredients. Roll mixture into small balls and place inside caps.
Place on greased (Pam) baking dish.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes.
