Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 16 to 20 large, fresh mushrooms, 1 small zucchini, shredded (3/4 c.), 2 tbsp. onion, chopped, 1 tbsp. water and 1/3 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Remove stems from mushrooms; set caps aside.
Chop stems. Combine stems, zucchini, onion and water.
Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until vegetables are tender.
Drain. Stir in cheese.
Stuff caps with mixture.
Place in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Bake at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes or until caps are tender.
Serve warm.
