Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. mushrooms, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs, 3 tbsp. parmesan cheese and 1 small onion, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Wash and clean mushrooms, remove stems and mince.
To stems, add garlic, bread crumbs, cheese, onion, salt and pepper, parsley, butter and half of olive oil and mix well.
Stuff mushroom caps, use remaining oil to grease baking pan and drizzle over tops of mushrooms.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
