Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 12 to 18 large mushrooms with stems, 1 egg, 1/2 stick margarine, bread crumbs and 1/4 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Carefully remove stems from mushrooms leaving cap in tact. Peel each mushroom and set aside.
Finely chop the stems.
Saute stems and onion in margarine about 10 minutes, turn off heat and let cool.
Stir in egg and bread crumbs until mixture is stiff but not dry.
Fill each mushroom cap and bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
