Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 large mushrooms, stems removed and diced (save), 6 oz. marinated sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, drained and minced (save the oil), 1/3 c. italian flavored bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. freshly grated parmesan cheese and 1/4 c. finely chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Brown diced stems, tomatoes and onions in oil; remove from stove.
Add bread crumbs, cheese and parsley and stir.
Stuff the mushrooms and place on a greased baking sheet in a preheated oven at 375Β° for 10 to 15 minutes.
