Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 30 to 36 fresh mushrooms, 1/4 lb. hot sausage, 1/4 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
Saute tops in butter and drain.
Mix all other ingredients together.
Fill each top with a mound of mix.
Cover and chill until serving time.
Broil for 5 minutes.
