Stuffed Meat Loaf
Stuffed Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. stove top stuffing mix, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 2 lb. very lean ground beef and 1 envelope onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Prepare stuffing mix per package directions.
Combine ground beef, soup mix, ketchup, egg and water in bowl.
Mix well.
Spread 1/2 of ground beef mixture into casserole dish. Spread stuffing mixture evenly over beef mixture.
Top with remaining beef mixture.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 1 hour, remove cover and bake for additional 15 minutes until top of loaf is brown.
