Stuffed Jalapeños
Stuffed Jalapeños is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated, 1 pkg. pork shake 'n bake, 1 1/2 c. bisquick, 1/8 lb. monterey jack and 1/2 lb. sausage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Remove stems and seeds from peppers.
Stuff with finely grated Monterey Jack cheese.
Make dough with Cheddar, Bisquick and sausage (works best if you use your hands to make dough stick together).
Pinch dough to wrap each stuffed pepper.
Roll in the Shake 'n Bake and place on cookie sheet.
Put in refrigerator for a few hours.
Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
Makes 24 servings.
