Stuffed Green Peppers
Stuffed Green Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 green peppers, 2 lb. ground chuck, 1 medium onion, 2 boxes spanish minute rice and 4 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown ground chuck with onion, garlic and pepper to taste; set aside.
Brown rice in margarine.
When brown, add water, packages from rice mix, 1/2 cheese, salsa sauce and ground chuck.
Mix together; bring to boil, then lower and cover.
Simmer until done. Stuff parboiled peppers and arrange in a 9 x 13-inch pan with any extra stuffing.
Sprinkle top with the rest of the cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
