Stuffed Green Peppers is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. uncooked rice, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 onion, finely chopped, 1 c. tomato sauce and 4 peppers, remove tops and seeds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Cook rice. Brown meat and onions; drain fat.
Add tomato sauce; cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in rice.
