Stuffed Green Peppers

Cut peppers in half; seed.
Scald in hot water 4 or 5 minutes; drain.
Brown beef and onion in skillet.
Add the rice, tomatoes, eggs and sour cream.
Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
Stuff pepper halves and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until pepper is tender.
