Stuffed Crabs
Stuffed Crabs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. crab meat, 9 slices bread, baked at 250~ until crisp-dry and light brown and rolled into crumbs, 2 ribs celery, 1 small dry onion and 3 green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Chop the seasoning and lightly fry in butter or margarine. Add crab meat and mix well.
Add all but 3/4 cup of crumbs to mixture and 1/3 cup of water.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Stuff crab shells or place in casserole dish.
Sprinkle crumbs over stuffed crabs or casserole and place a small pat of butter on top. Bake for 25 or 30 minutes.
