Stuffed Clams
Stuffed Clams is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. dry mustard, 1 1/2 c. milk and 1 1/2 lb. (approximately) canned, minced clams, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Drain clams and save juice.
Melt butter and blend in flour and mustard.
Add milk and 2/3 cup clam juice, stirring until smooth.
Bring to a boil, stirring.
Add pepper, oregano, onion and cheese.
Remove from heat.
Stir to melt cheese.
Add Worcestershire sauce, clams, parsley and bread crumbs.
Chill mixture.
Fill shells.
