Made with 2/3 c. hot water, 2 c. chicken flavor stove top stuffing (canister), 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup, 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, pounded to 1/4-inch thick and 1 medium green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Mix hot water and margarine in bowl. Stir in stuffing mix, pepper and half of pipneapple.
Spoon stuffing evenly on chicken and roll tightly.
Secure with toothpicks. Place in 9-inch square pan with remaining stuffing in center.
Mix remaining pineapple with sugar, vinegar and ginger.
Spoon over chicken.
Bake 35 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
