Stuffed Chicken
Stuffed Chicken is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 whole chicken (medium-large), 3 eggs, 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish, 1/4 c. cooked ham, chopped and 1/2 c. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Debone chicken for stuffing.
Marinate chicken in a bowl in soy sauce and lemon juice overnight.
Blend in bowl the ground pork, chicken, sausage, cheese, relish, raw eggs, salt, pepper, Accent and melted margarine (butter).
Stuff chicken with mixture, arranging sliced eggs in the center of the mixture without overstuffing chicken.
Sew opening and wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
