Stuffed Cabbage
Stuffed Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head cabbage, 2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 large onion, chopped, 1/2 green pepper, chopped and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook cabbage 3 to 5 minutes.
Peel leaves and set aside. Brown hamburger; drain off fat.
Add onion, green pepper and seasonings; simmer 5 minutes.
Mix rice in with hamburger.
Put mixture into separated cabbage leaves.
Roll up leaves and place in baking pan.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Pour tomato soup over and cabbage water over top of cabbage rolls.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
