Stuffed Bell Peppers
Stuffed Bell Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 c. cooked rice (1/3 c. raw), 1/2 medium onion, chopped, 1 small can tomato sauce and tabasco sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook rice and set aside.
Wash and core peppers and cook about 5 minutes.
In large bowl, mix ground beef, rice, onion, tomato sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper.
Pile mixture into drained peppers and arrange in casserole.
(Peppers may be halved if desired.)
Bake covered in 350Β° oven about 1 hour.
Uncover and bake about 10 minutes more to brown.
