Stuffed Bell Peppers

Cut centers out of bell peppers.
Place peppers in pot filled with water.
Boil until peppers are done.
Mix in bowl cooked rice, onions, salt and pepper.
Place peppers in baking pan.
Fill peppers with stuffing.
Bake in oven at 350Β° for 30 minutes covered.
Uncover and add cheese slice to each pepper.
Bake 10 minutes more.
