Stuffed Baked Potato
Stuffed Baked Potato is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sour cream, 1/4 c. butter, 1 egg, beaten, 1 tbsp. salt and 1/2 tbsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Bake 6 large potatoes 1 1/2 hours at 400 degrees.
Cut lengthwise into halves.
Scoop out the potato leaving the skin intact.
Mash all the potatoes in a bowl and add all ingredients with the exception of the cheddar cheese and dash of paprika, till fluffy.
Can add a small amount of milk if needed, but do not get this mixture too loose.
