Stuffed Artichokes
Stuffed Artichokes is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. virgin olive oil, 2 large cloves garlic, chopped fine, 1 large shallot, chopped fine, 1 medium onion, chopped fine and 1 c. fresh chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Add olive oil to large heated pan.
Add garlic, shallot, onion, parsley and celery.
Saute until celery is almost tender.
Remove from heat.
Add bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, pepper and salt.
Mix. Olive oil may be added if too dry.
