Classic stroganoff-style meatballs simmered in a sour cream and cream-of-chicken gravy, ladled over wide noodles. Cozy, creamy, and a long-running family favorite.

In skillet, brown beef and onions; pour off fat.
Add bread crumbs, egg and seasonings, mix well.
Stir in soup, sour cream and water.
Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
Add cooked noodles and cook another 15 minutes.
