Strawberry Whipped Cream
Strawberry Whipped Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed or 1/2 c. sweetened sliced fresh strawberries, 1/2 c. heavy or whipping cream *, 2 tbsp. confectioners sugar * and fresh strawberries (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
👨🍳 Instructions
Drain 1/2 package of frozen sliced strawberries; set remainder aside for garnish.
Purée drained frozen or fresh strawberries in blender or sieve to equal 1/4 cup purée.
Beat cream with confectioners sugar until stiff; fold in strawberry purée.
Makes about 1 cup of topping.
