Strawberry Whip Pie
Strawberry Whip Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. strawberries, 1 c. chilled whipping cream, 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 c. sugar and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice in quarters.
Save several perfect strawberries for garnish, if desired.
Just before serving, whip the cream in a chilled bowl with a chilled beater until stiff.
Add lemon juice, then beat in sugar.
Fold the strawberries lightly and turn into the pie shell.
Top with the selected whole strawberries.
Serve at once.
