Strawberry Surprise
Strawberry Surprise is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. strawberry jell-o, 2 c. boiling water, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, slightly thawed (not drained), 2 c. crushed pretzels (not crushed too fine) and 3/4 c. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix Jell-O, water and strawberries and refrigerate until thick.
Add pretzels, margarine and sugar.
Mix and put in ungreased 13-inch pan.
Bake at 400Β° for 8 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and Cool Whip.
Mix and spread over pretzel mix.
Spoon Jell-O mixture over.
Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours.
