Strawberry Slush
Strawberry Slush is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh strawberries, 2 c. hot water, 1/2 c. sugar and juice of 1 lemon (about 3 tbsp.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Wash and hull strawberries.
Place in blender.
In separate bowl, combine hot water and sugar, stirring to dissolve sugar.
Add lemon juice and pour into blender.
PurΓ©e until smooth.
Pour into plastic cups.
Freeze for 1 hour.
Remove and break up mixture with a spoon until slushy.
Return to freezer for 1 hour.
Remove and break up mixture with a spoon until slushy.
Return to freezer for another hour or until desired firmness is reached.
Break up mixture with a spoon to serve.
If slush cups are frozen solid, microwave for 15 to 20 seconds to soften as desired.
