Strawberry Shortcut Cake
Strawberry Shortcut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. miniature marshmallows, 3 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin, 1 1/2 c. shortening, 3 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Generously grease bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Spread marshmallows evenly over bottom of pan.
Blend thawed strawberries, syrup and dry gelatin; set aside.
In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Blend at low speed until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
Pour evenly over marshmallows.
Spoon strawberry mixture evenly over batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
