Strawberry Satin Pie
Strawberry Satin Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 3 tbsp. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine sugar, cornstarch, flour and salt in saucepan.
Add milk gradually, stirring until smooth. until very thick and bubbling. Stir a little of hot mixture into egg to hot mixture; cook, then chill thoroughly.
(Mixture will be very thick.) Beat until smooth and velvety.
Whip cream and into filling mixture.
Add vanilla. Fill shell.
Refrigerate until serving thickened strawberries on top.
