Strawberry Salad Delight
Strawberry Salad Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin, 1 c. boiling water, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in large bowl.
Add strawberries; stir until melted.
Stir in pineapple, pecans and bananas.
Chill until partially set.
Pour 1/3 of the gelatin mixture into glass bowl.
Chill for 30 minutes.
Spread half the sour cream over congealed layer.
Spoon half the remaining gelatin mixture over sour cream.
Chill for 30 minutes.
Spread remaining sour cream over congealed layer.
Cover with remaining gelatin mixture.
Chill until firm.
