Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp
Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 3/4 c. oatmeal, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. melted butter and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix until crumbly flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon.
Press 1/2 of mixture in bottom of 9-inch pan.
Mix and stir until thick and clear (about 5 minutes) sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla.
Mix and place rhubarb and strawberries in pan. Pour liquid over rhubarb and strawberries.
Top with rest of the crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
