Strawberry Refrigerator Cake
Strawberry Refrigerator Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. lemon juice (1 1/2 to 2 lemons), 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 c. sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen), 2 egg whites, beaten until stiff and 24 vanilla wafers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Slowly add lemon juice to sweetened condensed milk; stir until thick.
Add sliced strawberries and beaten egg whites.
Line bottom of 1-quart glass dish with vanilla wafers.
Cover with strawberry mixture.
Alternate with wafers and strawberry mixture until mixture is used.
Put a layer of wafers on top.
Chill for 6 hours or longer.
Serves 8.
